Mission Trips 2025
VerMONT
April 27 - May 3
Dominican Republic
February 8-15
Deadline to register is mid-December
The next mission trip to the DR is scheduled for February 8-15. Stop by the table in the hallway on September 29 to learn more about this mission trip from members of the January trip.
This trip is organized by our partner - Mission of Hope International (MOHI). A short-term mission trip offers a unique opportunity for individuals to combine travel with a sense of purpose. Engaging in volunteer work during these trips can foster spiritual growth by providing firsthand experiences in different cultures, fostering empathy, and encouraging a broader worldview. Additionally, those being served often benefit from tangible assistance and emotional support, creating a mutually enriching exchange between the travelers and the local community.
Mission of Hope International was founded in March 2000 by Pastor Lexidan Edmé and his wife, Renée, in the village of Thozin, Grand-Goâve, Haiti. The mission of MOHI was to positively impact the population spiritually, physically and emotionally.
